First, sorry for my bad english.
Before few days I have in a Romanian magazine an article about the award
of a prize for a patent whose subject the treatment of maize seeds with
magnetic fields.
Since I was not new to this idea, I checked the internet and found here, among
other things also their contribution in 2002 “ STUDY OF THE INFLUENCE OF
MAGNETIC FIELD ON SOME BIOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF ZEA

MAIS“.
When reading your contribution and of the Romanian patent, I have found
that some of their experimental results also be represented as the content
of the Romanian patent.
So, for example, The following is specified as an essential feature here: „metoda
de stimulare conform revendicării 1 caracterizată prin aceea că durata

expunerii seminţelor este de 10 minute“, englisch translated “ the method for
stimulation in accordance with the claims of (point) 1 is characterized in that the
treatment time is 10 minutes ". This has already been described in 2002 by the

The Romanian Brevet RO 127151 has the title „Metoda de stimulare a
producţiei şi calităţii la porumb prin expunerea seminţelor unui câmp

magnetic scăzut”, englisch translated: “A method for increasing yield and quality
by treating maize seed in a low magnetic field".
In this patent from the treated seeds, shown as a novelty an improvement in the
ability to germinate.
Other details are available in the patent long been known. That's why I have
doubts about the originality of this process and want to know your opinion.

The pdf file containing the request of the "inventor" I have attached to this email.
In my opinion, this is a kind of plagiarism. It can not be that some people will learn
things that are known for a long time.
