- Brevetul american US 4020590 A “Apparatus and method for exposing seeds to
a magnetic field”, în versiunea engleză şi germană, publicat în anul 1975;
- Brevetul american US 3675367 A “Apparatus for magnetically treating seeds”,
publicat în 1972.

Sper ca aceste lucrări să fie de folos şi suficiente pentru rezolvarea problemei
care face obiectul acestei scrisori.

I would like to thank you for the interest you have for the INNOVA exhibition.
The information you are reporting to use is very interesting and disappointing.

We work with jury members coming from different countries and they are about
one hundred not scoring all inventions but the one that are in their sector.

You will see that we don’t only score the novelty characters but larger than just
pure inventive aspect. (see here under the list of points to be checked)
Using a large number of jury members, we target to be able to detect unrealistic
affirmations as we ask our jury to disclose unrealistic affirmations.
